When we meet, we will discuss these ideas, your likes and dislikes, as well as your budget.
Following this meeting, I will prepare a design brief and fee proposal covering my work in stages 2, 3, and 4 below.
The site survey allows me to gather all the information required to produce the conceptual plan in step 3.
During this visit, I will assess the site, recording all measurements and observations required to produce the design. For larger-scale or more complex designs, I will engage a surveyor for you and incorporate their charges into the fee structure.

Once we agree the concept plan, I will produce detailed designs drawn to scale. This will include
I can also recommend a landscaper for you, or I am happy to work with your preferred choice. The landscaper will provide a formal quotation for the implementation of my design in line with my plans and schedule.
If necessary, I can oversee the landscaper's implementation of my design. My fee for project management will be hourly.
When your garden is complete, I can provide you with a maintenance schedule, which is a month-by-month guide to help you care for your new garden. This is an optional item and the cost would depend on the size and complexity of the garden.
